Job description

The Mold Prep & Staging position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance activities and repairs on current in-house production tools and fixtures. They will also be responsible for ensuring that in-house tooling and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for production.


  • Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Some manufacture experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Must possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Candidate must also possess the ability to apply abstract concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but non-engaging, written and oral instructions
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Apply good judgment in recognizing scope of authority
  • Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical and diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables
  • Use of depth perception, close vision, and color vision are all continuously required
